Kt10 Terms & Conditions – What you need to know before using the platform

In this document, "kt10", "we", and "platform" refer to the kt10.biz website and all its services. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual registered on kt10.

These terms are governed by Bangladeshi law. kt10 operates under an international gaming licence and adheres to international standards of fair gaming.

These terms may be updated at any time. For significant changes, kt10 will notify members in advance by email or through the site. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be taken as your agreement to the updated terms.

To open an account on kt10, you must be 18 years of age or older. This is more than just a rule – protecting minors from gaming is kt10's highest priority. Government-issued identification may be requested at any time to verify age.

Each individual may register only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, or if multiple members of the same household use the same device or payment method, kt10 may request account verification.

Kt10 accepts all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Once a deposit is successful, the balance is usually credited to your account within a few minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction ID.

A verified (KYC-completed) account is required to make withdrawals from kt10. Standard accounts can withdraw up to ৳20,000 per day. This limit is significantly higher for high roller members.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, standard accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. During peak hours, processing may take up to 2 hours. VIP members receive faster service.

Before placing any bets on kt10, you should read the rules for each market. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled, so make sure you are certain before proceeding.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or delayed by more than 24 hours past its scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded. For parlay bets, the affected leg will be counted as 1.00.

• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — they are not final until your bet is confirmed
• kt10 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault
• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins are valid

If an error is found in any odds and a bet has been accepted at those incorrect odds, kt10 reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the corrected odds. Members will be notified as promptly as possible in such cases.

Kt10's bonus system offers members added value and rewards. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Welcome bonuses typically offer up to 100% of the first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. Current wagering requirements can be found on the Promotions page.

• Each member may claim any given bonus only once
• Winnings from bonus bets require the wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days
• Cashback bonuses generally carry low or no wagering requirements
• Accounts may be suspended if bonus abuse is detected

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on kt10. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may also lead to legal action.

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using third-party payment methods
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Attempting unauthorised access to kt10's systems
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Registering with false or stolen identity information

Kt10 monitors all activity for suspicious behaviour. kt10 reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction without stating a reason if there are concerns over security or integrity.

An account can be closed in two ways – either by the member voluntarily, or by kt10 due to a rule violation. Members wishing to close their own account must contact Support. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Accounts may be closed upon member request, and any outstanding balance will be returned
• If an account is suspended for a rule violation, kt10 will make a decision following an investigation
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account will not be reinstated before the specified period has ended
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months)

Kt10 views responsible gaming not merely as a legal obligation, but as an ethical commitment. We want every member to enjoy the platform safely and in good health.

Betting addiction is a real issue. kt10 provides several tools you can use to set your own limits and stay in control.

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Place your account on a temporary break for a set period (7 days to 6 months)
• Take advantage of permanent self-exclusion (6 months to 5 years)
• Review your betting history to understand your own patterns
• Once a limit is set, it can only be increased — not decreased — and only after a 7-day waiting period
